I'm Lindsey Brett Carothers and I act, sing, dance, improvise, write, meditate, get my yoga on, and learn everyday.

This mission has granted me various opportunities across the spectrum. One time, I was allowed to sing an original Lin-Manuel Miranda rap in the pre-Broadway tour of Bring It On: the Musical, while my next job occasionally placed me in a bubble as Glinda in Wicked. I've also played a butt-kicking video game princess, a pop star damned in hell, and another wannabe pop star soon after... type casting? Also, you can find me saying obscene pick up lines on Glamour.com's web-series "It's Not Ok, Cupid." Our videos have over 100K views!

I honed my skills as a rapping soprano (with belt) at Pace University where I received a BFA in Musical Theater. Since then, I have performed on two national tours, on and off-Broadway, and at the Upright Citizen's Brigade theaters.

I am currently performing in MAD LIBS LIVE! at New World Stages, studying the Meisner technique at the William Esper Studio, working towards my yoga certification at The Giving Tree Yoga Studio, am an advocate of ZIVAmeditation, and writing original material with The Lucky Cricket Collective. Stay tuned for upcoming projects and news!
